HUNA AWAKENINGS workshop: Seats still available
On Saturday, August 11 from 10am-4:00 pm, Cleveland-Akron area Psychologist
Gloria Ireland, and Huna scholar, Ann Polivchak, will conduct a workshop, "
The Secret Behind The Secret: using Huna and Core Energetics to Optimize
Your Potential to Manifest Your Dreams".

* Did you try to apply "The Secret" or other methods of manifesting
only to be disappointed or see it fizzle out?
* Did you ever get really excited about finally trying what you've
been told will work, only to find you never follow through?
* Do you want some guidance in manifesting your dreams?
Being able to manifest your dreams can be more involved than the guidance
given in the popular book/DVD, "the Secret". Area psychologist, Gloria
Ireland, and Huna scholar, Ann Polivchak, want to share why blocks to
manifesting occur, how to overcome these blocks, and how to optimize your
efforts of manifestation.
We will combine wisdom from both the ancient Polynesian/Hawaiian beliefs
and practices of Huna and modern spiritual-psychological-energetic concepts
and techniques from Core Energetics and other modern methods. The
information and experiences of this workshop will give you a foundational
understanding of how to free up and direct your energy system toward your
efforts to discover, develop and make your dreams come true. You will learn
ways to overcome conscious and unconscious blocks within yourself.
We will work with energies and learn how they play a role in manifestation,
as well as pendulum work, tapping, and effective prayer. You will walk away
with many tools to use on a daily basis for bringing more joy to your life
and a self awareness you never experienced before
Gloria Ireland is a psychologist, personal coach and ordained minister who,
for more than 20 years, has been in independent private practice in the
Cleveland-Akron area. She has been a local, national and international
speaker on subjects of psycho-spirituality, energetic methods of
transformation and spiritual evolution. Her own "spiritual awakening" began
in the early 1980s when she first explored metaphysics . Her journey led her
to study at The Institute of Core Energetics, an evolutionary therapy,under
the directorship of John Pierrakos, M.D., in New York City (1984-1989).
There she learned to integrate psychological/spiritual/ energetic principals
and methods in helping herself and others to regain and live from their most
vibrant center of being, their spiritual core. After graduating from The
Institute, she continued her quest and passion by engaging in extensive
studies of a variety of other psychological, spiritual and energy healing
modalities including: Therapeutic Touch, Omega Shakti Energy, Polarity
Therapy, EMDR (1997) and EFT, or "energy tapping" (1998). Gloria first
learned of Huna through Ann and her sister, Peggy, who lived in Hawaii while
she was studying Core Energetics). She was impressed by the similarity of
concepts and transformational help offered by the two models. Now, twenty
years later, Gloria is delighted to have this opportunity to finally share
this useful and profound knowledge with others as she co-presents with her
friend, Ann Polivchak.
Ann Polivchak is a Huna scholar who once lived in Hawaii for 5 years.
During her time there, she had many Hawaiianfriends, several of whom
introduced her to their ancient belief system now known as Huna. After
moving back to the mainland, Ann forgot about Huna until early in 2006 when
she felt the need to reconnect to the ancient wisdom. Since then he hasbeen
studying the works of Max Freedom Long and putting the theories into
practical use on a daily basis. She feels that it is a truly profound
discovery whose time has come to be mainstream so that any who wish to know
themselves
and their world better now have Huna to use as a tool to manifest their
dreams.
