LAUGHTER YOGA

Laugh yourself healthy! You don’t have to be happy or have a sense of humor—in fact you can be very stressed and/or depressed and get all the benefits of Laughter Yoga. It is a powerful way to shift your emotional and physical energy. All that is required is a willingness to breathe, laugh and do gentle stretching. No previous yoga or exercise experience is necessary.

· Relieves stress, depression, anxiety
· Strengthens the immune system
· Increased endorphins, the body’s natural pain relievers
· Improves respiration, digestion, elimination
· Dilates blood vessels, improves circulation
As with all exercise programs, please check with your doctor before beginning participation. If you have any of the following conditions, you will not be able to participate: uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease that is not managed with medication, angina (chest pain), epilepsy, any kind of hernia, severe backache, major psychiatric disorder or recent surgery (within last three months).

Laughter Yoga Club is FREE and meets every Monday at 7:00 pm in Lakewood. Please call for information and/or to register (space is limited).
