Dance Church is a weekly gathering open to all who love to move as an expression of their connection to the Divine.
Led by Roger Sams and the Dancing Paradox staff, we spend an hour and a half in guided movement prayer designed with a particular message in mind.
This spring we are DANCING THE TAO. Inspired by Wayne Dyer’s exploration of the Tao and his book Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao, Roger selects one verse of the Tao Te Ching each Sunday and supports the community in exploring the wisdom of that verse through ecstatic dance and movement meditation.
Opportunities for connecting with others through movement and conversation are incorporated in the worship. Chanting and/or drumming may be incorporated some weeks. Open to all, regardless of religious affiliation or dance experience.
Suggested Love Offering -- $20
