While my seminars are designed for groups, Life Coaching is a one on one interaction. It is one of the best things you will ever do for you! Through face to face meetings, e-mail, possibly small group sessions and telephone conversations I will help you focus on and resolve issues in your life, as well as, assist you in finding your life purpose. Together we will identify your strengths, weaknesses & passions, in a safe & supportive way.

As your Life Coach, it is my job to empower you to create the life that you want! We will begin with a
thorough evaluation of your life as it stands now, how you got to where you are and more importantly what
you want for your future. You will get the encouragement and guidance to create the life you want to have tomorrow. You will identify and define your goals and aspirations. You learn to live in harmony with your personal beliefs and principles, and you get free of limiting beliefs and obstacles that have stopped you before.

You will be assisted with spiritual growth, inner peace, self-love, and be provided with practical principles on building self esteem and how to follow your heart. This will all be done in a loving, caring and nurturing way. Essentially, you control where your life goes, I will be an active, inspiring and engaging guide on your path to self-discovery.
